Don’t worry, all you need to do is take down the customer’s name, phone number, email, and receipt ID, a screenshot of the customer's vouchers, and contact the Partner Management team immediately. We can assist you to check if the voucher is within the validity period and redeem the voucher from our end.
Note: Any expired voucher will be invalid and unable to redeem in FaveBiz, do ensure the voucher is valid & redeem in FaveBiz before providing the service. Fave will only proceed with the payment for Redeemed Voucher.
