You are only allowed to reply to customers’ reviews by logging into FaveBiz Manager Mode. Your replies to the customers’ reviews can be viewed by all users on our Fave app. You can also view all your replies on FaveBiz under Recent Reviews.
Once logged into FaveBiz Manager Mode, select the particular Reviews and click on the Green Reply button to reply.
Once you’ve replied to a review for the first time, the customer will receive an email notification that includes your comment and FaveBiz account email (the email logging into FaveBiz Manager Mode).
If they wish to continue the conversation, they may do so by emailing you directly. Since these follow-ups are done via email, they’re private between you and the customer and are not viewable on the Fave app or FaveBiz.
Kindly noted that you are unable to edit or delete any of your replies once they are sent. Hence, do kindly check before sending.
