You will receive your payment based on the payment cycle mentioned in your Fave contract. You can refer to the link here for more details on the types of payment cycle Fave offers its merchants.


Remittance Advice from Citibank will be sent to the email you have provided once we process the payment. Alternatively, you can also check your bank account for the payment.


However, if you found that you have yet to receive your payment from Fave, please do not hesitate to contact us at the following correspondence and we will assist you on this matter. Do ensure that you check with your bank if the payment has already been banked into your bank account beforehand. 


We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the following information when you escalate the issue to us.


For FaveDeal vouchers:

  • Deal name

  • Voucher code / Receipt ID

  • Redemption date and time

  • Customer name / phone number (if possible)

  • Screenshot of redeemed voucher (if possible)


For FavePay transactions:

  • Receipt ID

  • Transaction date and time

  • Customer name / phone number (if possible)

  • Screenshot of successful payment (if possible)
