We advise all partners to verify the redemption period before rendering any service to your customer.
You can view the validity period under 'Redeem from' for the customer’s voucher prior to redeeming the voucher.
If the customer provides the voucher code, log in to FaveBiz Staff Mode. Click on the ‘Redeem’ tab, type in the voucher code, click 'Verify Voucher' and you will be able to check the redemption period of the voucher.
