Once customers made a FavePay transaction, there will a green screen showed in the customer's app. The staff should always double-check the amount and outlet is correct in the green screen or double-check the transaction is reflected in Favebiz before the customer left the outlets.

However, if there is any underpaid or overpaid occurs, you may follow the steps below:

  • Underpayment: Ask the customer to top up the payment using FavePay.
  • Overpayment: Cancel the wrong transaction on the Favebiz and request for the customer to pay again. View here for the guide on cancelling FavePay transaction.
