This happens sometimes, a customer you haven't served might have accidentally swiped the voucher beforehand. Don't worry, just drop the Partner Management team an email with the Customer Name, Redemption Date and Time, and Receipt ID.
The Fave Customer Happiness Team will reach out and inform the customer. We will refund the customer the voucher and advise them to repurchase.
