This happens sometimes, a customer you haven't served might have accidentally swiped the voucher beforehand. Don't worry, just drop the Partner Management team an email with the Receipt ID.

 

The Fave Customer Happiness Team will reach out and reeducate the customer. We will refund the customer the voucher and advise them to repurchase.
