FavePay refunds can be processed in 2 ways:
1. Cancel transaction on FaveBiz within 24 hours.
You can cancel the transaction within 24 hours on FaveBiz if the customer has overpaid / underpaid. The transaction amount is immediately refunded to the customer and the cashback amount is returned to you.
2. Cancel transaction on FaveBiz after 24 hours.
If it has been more than 24 hours, you need to contact the Partner Management team at firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com. It will take take 24 hours for the request to be processed and you will forfeit the cashback amount.
Alternatively, your customer can reach out to the Customer Happiness (CH) team via live chat on the Fave app or drop an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will process their request.
*Do note that refunds will go back to the customer's original mode of payment. If customer paid with a credit card then the refund will be credited back to their card within 7 - 14 days. However, if customer paid using e-waller via Boost / Grabpay then they will be refunded back in the form of Fave credits within 2 - 3 days.
