Why do I have to fill in all details to “Complete Setup”?
You will not be able to receive payment until you complete the setup. Your application will only be reviewed once you have filled up all the details and complete the setup process.
Why does Fave need my Registered Business Name and Number?
All businesses have to be verified through the relevant government bodies before being featured on the Fave app. This is to confirm that the business is legally registered and business status is still active. Verification is done according to the government websites to ensure that proper compliance is adhered to.
Why does Fave need my outlet address?
The outlet address will be featured on the app so that customers can find you easily. The address is also linked to Google Maps for easy directions. We will also send your Welcome Kit (only for Favepay merchants) to the outlet address provided.
Can I create more than 1 outlet?
No, you can only create 1 outlet. If you would like to add more outlets to your account, please contact our Partner Management team for assistance.
Why should I link my bank information?
This step is necessary so that you can start receiving your weekly payments for redeemed deals and successful Favepay transactions. Additionally, this is a necessary step before being featured on the Fave app.
Where do I find my bank’s branch code?
Branch Code is requested for Singapore merchants. You may contact your respective bank to find out the bank’s branch code.
What is the SGQR code?
The SGQR code is a unified QR code that is available only in Singapore. It is a single QR code that contains multiple e-payment options. If you already have an SGQR QR code, FavePay will be added as a payment method to that QR code. Otherwise, Fave will register an SGQR on your behalf and the SGQR code will be delivered within 14 working days. Example as below:
Why do I need to set up Cashback?
Cashback is a loyalty reward given to customers when they pay at your outlet. After payment is Customers will receive cashback for their next purchase after payment made. Cashback programs also help to attract a customer to repeat their purchase/transaction with you.
Besides that, your Fave Fee will flat at 1% for both Malaysia and Singapore if you have enabled the cashback rate for 10% or more.
How can I update my company and listing information?
