When do I receive the payment for FavePay Transaction?
You will receive the payment for all successful FavePay transactions in your bank account registered in Fave based on your payment cadence. View here for more information about the payment.


Kindly noted that do always check and verify the FavePay transaction before customers left the outlet to ensure all the transactions went thru successfully and get paid. Refer to the article below for more information on verify FavePay transaction.


Can I change my receiving bank account information?
You may change your receiving bank account. However, we are only allowed a Corporate Bank Account to be used in Fave. Kindly reach out to Partner Management Team with the following details:
  • Business Name / Brand Name in Fave
  • Current Bank Details
  • New Bank Details
  • Copy of your Bank Statement
  • Reason of changing
