If you have set up the cancellation code previously, it can only be retrieved through the Favebiz Manager. If you are a staff member, you may contact your Manager to retrieve the Cancellation code.

Alternatively, if you have access to Favebiz Manager, you may follow the guide below to retrieve your Cancellation code.

1. Once login to FaveBiz Manager, click on "Outlets" under Account. 


2. Then click on Cancellation Code. If you have set up your Cancellation code previously, it will show here.

1. Once login to Favebiz Manager, click ‘My Business’ then ‘Outlets’.



2. Click on ‘View Info’ and the cancellation code will be on the next page.


 


3. You have the option of resetting your cancellation code as well by clicking ‘Reset’.


4. If you wish to disable the cancellation code, you may click on the green bar next to ‘Disabled’.
