The cancellation code can only be retrieved through the Favebiz Manager website. If you are a staff member, you may contact your Manager to retrieve the Cancellation code.
Alternatively, if you have access to Favebiz Manager, you may follow the guide below to retrieve your partner / outlet code.
1. Login to Favebiz Manager on your desktop.
2. Click ‘My Business’ then ‘Outlets’.
3. Click on ‘View Info’ and the cancellation code will be on the next page.
4. You have the option of resetting your cancellation code as well by clicking ‘Reset’.
5. If you wish to disable the cancellation code by clicking on the green bar next to ‘Enabled’.
