In the unlikely event that this happens, the first step is to check the Payment History page on the customer’s DBS PayLah! or Singtel Dash app.
To do this, DBS PayLah! or Singtel Dash users simply have to:
Click on the Fave Tile within the DBS PayLah! or Singtel Dash App.
Click on the “Payment History” tab.
Click on the transaction at your store to view the payment receipt. Please take a screenshot of the receipt with the customer’s consent.
Kindly provide the product or service. Please reach out to our Fave Partner Management team at the following correspondence with the payment details along with the screenshot of the receipt and we will assist to investigate the issue.
