In the unlikely event that this happens, the first step is to check the Payment History page on the customer’s DBS PayLah! or Singtel Dash app. 


 


To do this, DBS PayLah! or Singtel Dash users simply have to:

  1. Click on the Fave Tile within the DBS PayLah! or Singtel Dash App

  2. Click on the “Payment History” tab 

  3. Click on the transaction at your store to view the payment receipt


Once the customer has shown you the receipt, kindly provide the product or service and thereafter, email us at partner.sg@myfave.com or the via Live Chat feature on your FaveBiz app with the receipt ID. Fave will work together with the partnering platform to investigate and ensure that the payment will be credited into your account accordingly.
