Can I sign up for eCard if I'm a Multiple Bank Account (MBA) partner?
Yes, eCard is applicable for all merchants who have a single as well as multiple bank account(s). 

How can Multiple Bank Account (MBA) partner support eCards?
We will create a primary bank account with no outlets tagged to it and all eCard payments will go directly to this account.


How will the eCard be recorded for Multiple Bank Account (MBA) partner?

There will be a separate Excel report sent to you detailing the breakdown of eCards utilisation for each outlet via email on a monthly basis. 


*Do note that this report is ONLY applicable for merchants who have eCards with multiple bank accounts (MBA).

Can I change the primary bank account?
