Cancel the customer’s payment via Favebiz under‘ Transaction’ tab. Ask the customer to place a new order and pay again

What happens when a customer has made payment for bulk order (i.e. 5 items) and one item is unavailable?
Cancel the transaction via ‘Transaction’ tab. Ask the customer to pay the correct amount for available items via FavePay.
